Adults, operator prices as of October 2026. Choice slots are filled with your most expensive attractions. Child prices, sales tax and surcharges for popular time slots are not included.

What the sum leaves out

At popular times, above all at sunset, observation decks can cost more than the starting price the calculator uses. Some passes also charge a surcharge for those slots. If you want to go up exactly then, compare both prices for your date.

SUMMIT One Vanderbilt and The Met are in neither Go City nor CityPASS®. In the Headout Pass, SUMMIT is a premium attraction and The Met comes as a guided tour. Go City with SUMMIT and the New York Pass with a Met tour are sold as combo tickets.

The calculator does not check if your plans fit the days you chose. The New York Pass runs on calendar days, so a slow day makes it more expensive. The city’s sales tax is missing on both sides of the sum.

How the calculator works

Single prices are the cheapest regular adult tickets bought online from the operator, as of October 2026. Mandatory fees, as at Edge, SUMMIT and One World Observatory, are included; sales tax is not. Where the price changes with the time of day, we use the starting price.

Go City and CityPASS® have no interface; we check their prices every month in their shops, adding the CityPASS® fee of $2 per ticket. The Headout Pass comes from the Headout interface, and the calculator takes the cheaper tier, Essential or Flexi. Passes with a set number of attractions use the tier that matches your selection. Subway and buses are left out because no pass includes them. If you choose SUMMIT, the Tiqets combo tickets of a Go City pass plus SUMMIT are added, at Tiqets’ prices per tier.
