New York Essentials Pass
The smallest Go City pass for New York covers three entries. You choose the first from four observation decks: Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Edge or One World Observatory. The other two come from a fixed list of nine, such as the 9/11 Museum, MoMA, the Natural History Museum or a Circle Line cruise. A trip to the Statue of Liberty is not included.

Who the pass suits
You are staying two or three days and already plan one observation deck plus two museums or a boat trip? That is exactly what the Essentials Pass covers. For the Statue of Liberty you need a separate ticket or the Explorer Pass. If your list has more than three sights, the Explorer Pass is more flexible, because you choose from the full Go City list.
